I made a payment on the Individual Wallet / Porter Credit(through the Porter Mobile App) instead of my business account. How can I transfer the balance?

If you made a payment through the Porter Mobile App (Spot Wallet) and wish to transfer it to your business account, please provide us with your:

  • Brand Name

  • Phone Number of the Mobile App

We will initiate the transfer of the exact amount from your individual wallet to your business account also please ensure that to recharge in Business Account before making future payments to avoid delays.
