My vNeft payment bounced. What are the next steps?

vNeft payments can take some time to reflect. If it’s been over 1 hour since you made the payment and it’s still not showing, please email us with the following details:

  • Brand Name

  • UTR Number

  • Date of Payment

  • Amount Paid

  • Bank Account details to which payment was made

  • Transaction proof/attachment (screenshot or PDF)

Once we receive these details, we’ll help you resolve the issue at the earliest.
