My Net Banking/Credit Card/UPI payment hasn't been credited. What should I do?

  • If the payment failed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 working days.

  • If you haven't received any success or failure update, please email us with the following details:

    • Brand Name

    • Payment Mode (Net Banking, Credit Card, UPI, etc.)

    • Date of Transaction

    • Transaction proof/attachment (screenshot or PDF)
