Unable to Add User through the Dashboard – What should I do?

If you're facing issues while adding a user through the dashboard, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

  1. Check for Mismatch:
     Ensure that the Email ID and Mobile Number you're entering in the dashboard exactly match the details the user provided while signing up on the Porter App.

A mismatch in these details can prevent successful addition.


  1. Still Unable to Add?
     If the details match and you're still unable to add the user, please share the following with us for further support:

    • Screen recording showing the issue

    • Brand Name

    • User’s Contact Number

    • User’s Name

    • User’s Email ID
