If you’d like to request a permanent increase in your credit limit, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to our support team with the following details:

   • Brand Name

   • Requested Increase – Specify the desired credit limit or credit days increase.

   • Reason for Increase – For example, share your current utilisation details or your plans for business expansion.

2. Review Process

   • Our team will review your request based on your last 6 months’ ledger activity.

   • We will check with our internal team for approval.

3. Response

   • Once reviewed, we will update you on the status of your request.
     
     

Note: Credit days are fixed at a maximum of 30 days and cannot be extended beyond this limit.
