Accidentally booked a Cash trip instead of using your PFE Wallet, or
Noticed a duplicate payment or payment not reflecting,
Please take note of the following:
For Cash Trip Booked by Mistake (Instead of Wallet):
Once a trip is placed as a Cash booking, the payment mode cannot be changed.
We request you to kindly pay the fare directly to the Partner at the end of the trip.
⚠️ We will not be able to adjust the amount from your PFE Business Wallet.
For Duplicate Payment or Payment Not Reflecting:
Please share the following details with us via email at pfe_kam@theporter.in:
CRN (Order ID)
Amount Paid
Mode of Payment
Payment Reference ID or Screenshot
