I mistakenly booked a cash trip but wanted to pay via PFE wallet, or there was a duplicate payment/payment not reflecting.

If you've either:

  • Accidentally booked a Cash trip instead of using your PFE Wallet, or

  • Noticed a duplicate payment or payment not reflecting,

Please take note of the following:


For Cash Trip Booked by Mistake (Instead of Wallet):

Once a trip is placed as a Cash booking, the payment mode cannot be changed.
We request you to kindly pay the fare directly to the Partner at the end of the trip.

⚠️ We will not be able to adjust the amount from your PFE Business Wallet.


For Duplicate Payment or Payment Not Reflecting:

Please share the following details with us via email at pfe_kam@theporter.in:

  • CRN (Order ID)

  • Amount Paid

  • Mode of Payment

  • Payment Reference ID or Screenshot

Our team will verify and get back to you on the same thread.
