If you are unable to place orders due to app issues or your account is blocked:

  • For app issues: Please share the exact issue you are facing, preferably with a screen recording or screenshot, via email. We will escalate this to our technical team for resolution.

  • For blocked accounts: Please share the contact number which has been blocked. We will check the reason for the suspension. Depending on the reason (frequent cancellation, device blacklist, underpayment, fake customer/misbehavior), we will guide you on the next steps, which may involve clearing dues or escalating to the concern team.
